1. General Information

• TIMEZ by Danube offers exclusive residential projects crafted for modern, luxurious living.
• Details regarding project designs, layouts, and amenities are subject to change based on regulatory guidelines or quality enhancements.

2. Bookings and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required booking amount, as specified in the agreement.
• Timely payment as per the agreed schedule is mandatory. Failure to comply may lead to penalties or cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will follow the guidelines outlined in the agreement of sale.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation and administrative charges.

4. Possession and Handover

• Possession will be provided as per the timelines mentioned in the agreement. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure are exceptions.
• Possession will be granted only after all outstanding payments, including taxes and maintenance charges, are cleared.

5. Maintenance and Community Guidelines

Residents are expected to adhere to community guidelines and ensure the upkeep of shared spaces. Payment of maintenance charges, as per the agreement, is mandatory.

6. Modifications and Rights

TIMEZ by Danube reserves the right to modify project plans, designs, or amenities to comply with legal requirements or improve project quality.

7. Compliance with Laws

All transactions and operations are subject to applicable laws, including RERA. Residents must comply with all relevant regulations, including tax obligations.

8. Force Majeure

TIMEZ by Danube will not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings will occur in Pune and will be conducted in English.

10. Amendments

TIMEZ by Danube reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Significant updates will be communicated through appropriate channels.
